Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the service time may incur up to 50% deduction, depending on service type and vendor policy.
Vendor-Initiated Cancellations:
If a service provider cancels, the customer will receive a 100% refund, or may opt for rescheduling at no extra charge.
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
The service provider did not show up or was significantly late.
Service was incomplete, substandard, or different from what was booked.
Duplicate charges due to technical errors.
Vendor no longer available after booking confirmation.
Change of mind after service initiation.
Service dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences without valid proof.
Booking canceled outside the allowed time window.
All refund requests must be submitted via our platform or email at support@fixpertsolutions.com within 24 hours of service completion.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Customers may reschedule appointments up to 6 hours in advance (subject to vendor availability).
Rescheduling within less than 6 hours may incur a nominal fee, unless due to emergencies or vendor delays.
Fixpert Solutions reserves the right to:
Evaluate each refund case individually.
Modify or amend this policy without prior notice, in compliance with UAE consumer protection laws.
